Position Overview:

6. Collaborate effectively with dispatchers and management to provide compassionate care during emergencies.

8. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
9. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the ambulance throughout your shift.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in understanding and interpreting vital signs.
- Ability to operate large vehicles safely and smoothly.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management and problem-solving capabilities.

- Competence in completing comprehensive and billable reports for patient interactions.

Essential Requirements:
- Valid NREMT or Washington State EMT certification.
- Active driver's license with a clean driving record (maximum of 2 citations in the past 36 months).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age of 19 years.
- Certification from Thurston County required within 30 days of hire for Pierce County employees.

Experience:
- Newly certified NREMTs are welcome to apply in Snohomish, King, Pierce, and Thurston counties.
- Lateral EMTs with documented pre-hospital 911 or IFT transport experience are also encouraged to apply.
