About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Uptown Rental Properties. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our properties, including basic plumbing, light electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, and make ready/turnovers.
  • Conduct property and unit inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Drive company vehicle to travel to various properties and job sites.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, vendors, and teammates.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Familiarity with iPhone required.
  • One year's experience in light plumbing, light electrical, HVAC trouble shooting, apartment turnovers/make ready, facilities maintenance, or similar field required.
  • Comfortable with hand tools and able to meet physical requirements.
