Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems. A technical degree in the mechanical or electrical trades is a plus, but not required. We're looking for someone who is authorized to work in the US and has experience in the corrugated packaging or printing industry.
Responsibilities:
This role will involve performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment. You'll work as part of a team to safely perform preventive maintenance activities and answer breakdown calls in a production environment. All maintenance technicians are multicraft, and training is provided to develop these skills.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
- Technical degree in the mechanical or electrical trades (a plus).
- Authorized to work in the US.
- Experience in the corrugated packaging or printing industry (a plus).
What We Offer:
- Pay range: $24-$36 based on mechanical and electrical skills and experience.
- Excellent benefits package (health, dental, optometry).
- 401K plan.
- 1.5 pay over 8 hours and over 40 hours.
- 1.5 pay Saturday and Sunday.
- 1.5 pay holidays + additional OT over 8 hours on holidays.
- Uniforms provided.
- PCA provides paid training to help technicians advance through the skill levels and achieve higher pay.
- PCA provides a tool stipend (or replacement) to help technicians maintain basic hand tools. PCA provides all special and heavy tools.
