Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with design specifications and local codes.
  • Collaborate with project teams to coordinate plumbing activities with overall project schedules.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, providing effective and timely solutions.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and configuration of plumbing systems.
  • Adhere to safety standards and regulations, ensuring a secure work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program or relevant certifications.
  • Valid plumbing license and OSHA certification (OSHA-10 or OSHA-30).
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift heavy plumbing equipment and work in confined spaces.
