**Job Summary:** We're seeking an individual to manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service as a Junior Account Manager. This role involves supporting our ILoveLeasing team and users in various functions, including quality control, data entry, internet research, and client communication.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Managing client relationships and expectations
  • Quality control and auditing to ensure data accuracy
  • Verifying client information and making updates
  • Data entry and testing software integrations
  • Internet research to support client needs
  • Answering calls from existing clients and providing customer service
  • Reviewing reports and helping clients understand data insights
  • Providing demos and training sessions, including managing attendees and reminders

**Requirements and Qualifications:** The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with excellent written and oral communication expertise. They should have solid data entry skills, computer knowledge, and experience. Attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and a positive attitude are also essential.
