Addison Group is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our client's team. In this role, you will work closely with customers to navigate their mortgage payment difficulties in a collaborative call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage inbound and outbound calls to support customers struggling with mortgage payments.
* Offer guidance and present options to help customers catch up on missed payments.
* Empower customers to explore solutions that may assist in saving their homes.
* Work closely with team members to deliver a positive customer experience.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
