Director of Operations - Highlights Autism

Highlights Autism is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to fill the role of Director of Operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of professionals in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise ABA staff to ensure dignity and privacy of clients
  • Monitor the effectiveness of skill building interventions using ABA principles
  • Conduct psychological analyses and diagnostic testing
  • Provide supervision to ABA Behavior Technicians
  • Develop child-specific behavior plans in accordance with ABA Therapy principles
  • Develop and implement projects to improve client service and satisfaction
  • Develop and implement projects to improve employee performance, retention, and satisfaction
  • Maintain knowledge of State and Federal laws, Tricare/Governmental programs, Medical Insurance Providers, Medicaid Waiver Programs, and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Promote the growth of Highlights Autism and assist in pursuing new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree from an accredited program in ABA or related field
  • Current BCBA Certification from the BACB
  • At least five years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Proven track record of progressive leadership and/or management experience
  • Experience with programming, developing, and implementing multiple intervention programs
  • Reliable car, valid Driver's License, and proof of insurance
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, produce high-quality results while handling competing priorities
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and related computer programs such as Central Reach
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a clear criminal record/fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation per HHC and/or program requirements
