We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on product quality assurance and testing solutions for our Enterprise and SaaS software offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing comprehensive test plans, cases, and scenarios to validate software functionality, performance, and stability across our Enterprise applications, including Web, API, and Mobile platforms.
- Creating and sustaining automated test scripts (REST API/UI) utilizing various automation tools and programming languages.
- Collaborating closely with the development team to ensure software aligns with specified requirements and quality benchmarks.
- Conducting root cause analysis and executing corrective actions for product and process-related issues.
- Enhancing and maintaining the automated testing framework (such as Rest Assured, Playwright, Cucumber, Appium) to guarantee its efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Developing automation scripts using Selenium, Java, Python, or Unix Shell.
- Working with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security and accessibility standards.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to team members across various regions on best practices, automation techniques, and industry advancements.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Testing within an Agile development environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in programming languages and tools such as Selenium, Appium, Python, Java, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline tools, including Jenkins and BitBucket.
- Experience with databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Mongo), mobile applications, and REST API testing.
- Knowledge of application servers, particularly Wildfly, Undertow, JBoss, and/or Tomcat.
- Expertise in test automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Maven, Gradle, and Allure Reports.
- In-depth understanding of MS Windows Server, Windows 11, and Linux operating systems.
- Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker, Rancher, and Kubernetes.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
- Solid grasp of Agile Software Development methodologies and testing principles.
