Aaron's is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building authentic relationships with customers, generating new business, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement community marketing strategies to generate new business
- Conduct in-store, telephone, field, and internet-based sales to meet or exceed sales targets
- Review lease agreements and options with customers to ensure a seamless sales experience
- Follow up on new business leads to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 21 years old
- High energy and ability to perform all functions of the store and multitask effectively
- Strong relationship building skills and ability to work with diverse customer base
- Proficient computer skills and ability to lift at least 40 lbs. unassisted
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
- Prior sales experience
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate of $15-$17 per hour
- Rich sales commission program for new sales and team performance bonuses
- Opportunity to earn up to $50,000 per year based on experience and performance
