Main Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in care coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

NYPCC offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $50,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and more.
