Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Factors Engineer to join our team at Honda Aircraft Company. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and validating the human factors aspects of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and evaluate human factors aspects of the aircraft, including user interaction with the flight deck, cabin, and exterior components.
  • Develop and implement human factors design solutions using various techniques and platforms, including CAD modeling, analysis, and testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Support the development of human factors certification plans, compliance documents, and interaction with regulatory authorities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Factors or a related field, or a combination of a degree in engineering and experience in human factors.
  • Experience in human factors related to civil aircraft, with a strong understanding of user interface design and testing.
  • Proficiency in human factors design software, such as InVision, Illustrator, and CATIA Human Builder.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
