As a Warehouse Manager at White Cap, your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing standard and emergency operating procedures for the receipt, handling, storage, and shipment of products and materials.
  • Planning, developing, and implementing safety and security programs within the warehouse.
  • Reviewing work orders, consumption reports, and demand forecasts to anticipate peak delivery periods and assign tasks accordingly.
  • Leading a team of warehouse staff engaged in the receipt, storage, and shipment of products or materials.
  • Scheduling the pickup, delivery, or distribution of products or materials.
  • Preparing or overseeing the preparation of reports, maintenance operations, and safety manuals.
  • Demonstrating the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds in a physically demanding environment, as well as the capacity to stand for extended periods.
  • Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle, with consistent operation exceeding 20% of the average work week. An acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report is required for this position.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
  • Generally requiring 5+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Forklift experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with construction and industrial products.
  • Proficiency in the Spanish language is a plus.
