    • Prepare and serve food to patients as assigned, adhering to established guidelines and protocols.
    • Transport food and supplies to designated areas within the hospital or cafeteria, handling food in accordance with sanitary regulations.
    • Deliver food trays, nourishment, and supplies in an orderly and timely fashion, serving food while accurately filling requests.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Collect used carts or trays and return them to the kitchen.
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance
    • Operate machines used in the preparation of food or sanitation equipment and work area, using them in a safe and efficient manner.
    • Maintain a sufficient amount of each item to support needs.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Refrigerate and label perishable food, storing all supplies in an orderly fashion.
    • Sort and clean silverware, and polish stainless steel equipment.
    • Perform related duties as required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
