Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Monarch Casino Resort & Spa Black Hawk. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our guest rooms, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure that all rooms are cleaned and ready for arrival.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the housekeeping team.
- Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure that all guest needs are met.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of AAA and Forbes standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
