About the Role

The Housekeeping Supervisor is a key member of our housekeeping team, responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests. As a leader in our department, you will provide guidance and support to our housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
• Clean rooms on a regular basis, maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Train, motivate, and coach housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, supply inventories, and guest requests
• Ensure that all housekeeping requests from guests or management are responded to in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality or cleaning environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and carry up to 10 pounds
• Must be flexible in hours and days worked, including weekends
