Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $35.00 to 38.50 per hour, based on factors such as education, work experience, location, and specific job duties. Volt offers an attractive compensation package, including health, dental, vision, term life, short-term disability, AD&D, 401(k), sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law).

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Administrator to join our team in Long Beach, CA. As a key member of our regulatory affairs department, you will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to align commercial efforts in all phases of ideation and commercialization for cosmetics, medical devices, OTC, and monographed products.

You will demonstrate experience in preparing and compiling regulatory documents for global markets, preparing and supporting Master Product Lists on Ingredients for cosmetics/devices, and reviewing IFU and labeling deliverables directed by management.

Additional responsibilities include proactively monitoring changes in the regulatory environment and providing insight and recommendations on how to address them appropriately, supporting requirements of Product Information Files for cosmetic registrations, gathering documents related to MDR process, tracking and upkeep various global registrations and regulatory trackers, and assisting regulatory team and cross-functional partners with strategy execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need 3+ years of global experience in a regulated industry (FDA type); preferably in a Regulatory Affairs role; preferably in Medical Devices and Cosmetics. A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Business is also required. Excellent writing skills, proficiency at managing tactical steps to push tasks forward, strong organizational and analytical abilities, and working computer knowledge in Windows environment (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) are essential.
