  • Understand levers to impact profit and loss (P&L)

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 sales associates in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Successful experience managing profitability and driving sales growth
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
  • ASE certification preferred, but not required
