Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director to lead our Quantitative Pharmacology team at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our Pharmacometrics group, you will be responsible for managing PMx support for multiple programs across various therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic analyses to support research and development projects
  • Adapt plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
  • Apply PMx and corporate policies and procedures
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to colleagues
  • Evaluate portfolios of products or projects, and/or complex projects with broad scope
  • Anticipate and assess internal and external business, scientific, and regulatory challenges
  • Recommend sound solutions and identify opportunities for process and product improvements
Requirements
  • Advanced education in the sciences and pharmaceutical industry experience in required fields
  • Mastery in the field and recognized as an expert within the organization and externally
  • Seasoned scientist with significant impact on the organization and external groups
  • Strong collaborative skills and effective at building alliances across functions
  • Ability to influence colleagues and multi-disciplinary project teams
  • Good mentor and leader of cross-functional process initiatives
