Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Healthcare Partners Investments. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the human resource processes, including the onboarding process for new hires, and providing administrative support to the HR function as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including communicating with new hires, entering them into the HRIS system, and obtaining and scanning necessary documents.
  • Assist the HR department with various research projects and special projects as needed.
  • Act as a resource to the company, answering employee requests and questions.
  • Cover the HR department, including answering phones while staff members are out of the office.
  • Prioritize and plan work activities efficiently.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Associate Degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a human resource position.
  • Valid driver's license required.
Working Conditions

This is a high-level position that requires heavy work volume and a high degree of accuracy. May be required to work extended hours to meet critical deadlines. Travel may be required.
