Role OverviewWe are looking for a talented and forward-thinking Mechanical Engineer to become a vital part of our engineering team. The ideal candidate will take charge of the development, design, and testing of mechanical systems and products.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and rigorously test various mechanical components, equipment, and machinery.
- Utilize engineering principles to innovate products such as engines, instruments, controls, robots, and machines.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure a clear understanding of project scopes and objectives.
- Employ computer-aided design (CAD) tools and drafting software to create prototypes.
- Supervise the manufacturing processes for machinery and equipment.
- Maintain detailed documentation to track the progress of projects and the design process.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Implement Finite Element Analysis for product testing and design validation.
- Leverage Matlab for advanced mathematical computations and simulations.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other relevant design software.
- A solid understanding of fundamental concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science, and structural analysis.
- Advanced skills in Engineering Design, Project Engineering, and Product Design.
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis and Matlab.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
- A proven track record of successful project management.
- A Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
