Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Operations Director to join our team at Houston City Personnel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading efforts to document and redesign workflows to improve quality, effectiveness, and control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project/Change Management: Oversee system upgrades, operational, and compliance efforts to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimize reporting standardization, report preparation, analysis, and presentation to provide actionable insights.
  • Client Data Management: Maintain accurate client and account data to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks through effective controls and compliance measures.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Financial Services and/or Wealth Management operations support.
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in CRMS and financial software/systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
