Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Industrial Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the F-35 Wing Systems area, focusing on the integration of advanced Industrial Engineering solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Enhancing production processes through automation and various software applications.
  • Acting as a project manager to oversee critical initiatives.
  • Collaborating closely with teams in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, and other support functions.

Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • Experience in developing production plans within a professional setting.
  • Familiarity with forecasting techniques, including learning curves and parametric estimates.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and data management.

Desired Skills:
Preferred qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with statistical tools and programming languages such as R, Python, or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of database operations and SQL.
  • Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Project management experience.

Security Clearance:
This position requires a government security clearance, and candidates must be U.S. citizens.

Work Environment:
This role will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility, with flexible work schedules available to accommodate our employees' needs.
