Damage Admin Analyst

The Damage Admin Analyst is a key member of the North America Body Damage team, responsible for providing day-to-day assistance and support to the team and our vendor partnerships. This role requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Communicate with vendors on invoices on hold, payment and billing issues, process issues and solutions, and assist damage appraisers with tasks as needed.
• Utilize various systems, including Oracle, DASH, Excel, CCC, QCS, PowerPoint, EAM, Palantir, and Vehicle Admin Web, to manage invoices on hold, billing and payment research, purchase order research, car repair research, and assist finance with damage costs evaluation.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including Finance and Procurement, as well as external partners and body shops.
• Manage invoices on hold upkeep, billing and payment research, purchase order research, car repair research, and assist finance with damage costs evaluation.
• Create and maintain cost resolution.

• Bachelor's degree in business preferred but not required.
• Two (2) years of experience in business support or clerk role preferred.
• Attention to detail, solid organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Computer proficiency across systems such as Excel, PowerPoint.
• Willingness/ability to learn internal systems and use multiple at once to solve problems.
• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft suit and oracle products.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
• Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
