Damage Analyst

The Damage Admin Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the body damage team and our vendor partnerships. This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent customer service skills for interacting with vendors, body shops, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the body damage team with day-to-day tasks and vendor communication.
- Utilize various systems, including Oracle, DASH, Excel, CCC, QCS, PowerPoint, EAM, Palantir, and Vehicle Admin Web, to manage invoices, billing, and payment research.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as finance and procurement, as well as external partners and body shops.
- Manage invoices on hold, billing and payment research, purchase order research, car repair research, and assist finance with damage costs evaluation.
- Create and maintain cost resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Two years of experience in business support or a clerk role preferred.
- Attention to detail, solid organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Computer proficiency across systems, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn internal systems and use multiple systems to solve problems.
- Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Oracle products.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Results-driven, with the ability to make decisions and help solve problems.
- Ability to drive process and organizational change.
- Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and decision-making skills.
