The Damage Admin Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day assistance to the body damage team and our vendor partnerships. This individual will be working inside, performing on many computer processes at a time. They must be capable of written and verbal communication as well as have a good set of customer service skills for potential communication with vendors/ body shops/ internal departments within the organization. 

 

The hourly rate for this opportunity is $22/hr.

A Day in the Life:

The Damage Admin Analyst is the day-to-day individual maintaining and processing the data upkeep for the North America Body Damage team at their assigned location. They will report to the Damage Resource Manager at corporate overseeing the entire team, as well as the Sr Director of Damage Field Operations. They will work with these individuals to ensure that the whole teams needs are supported. There will also be a lot of cross collaboration with external vendors, as well as internal departments such as procurement and finance. Many tasks will focus on invoices on hold, billing and payment research, purchase order research, car repair research, and assisting finance with damage costs evaluation. 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for the communication with vendors on invoices on hold, payment and billing issues, process issues and solutions, assisting the damage appraisers on the team with tasks they need help with.
  • Utilizes Systems such as Oracle, DASH, Excel, CCC, QCS, PowerPoint, EAM, Palantir, and Vehicle Admin Web, and others.
  • Collaborates with internal departments, Finance and Procurement mainly. External partners and body shops. 
  • Manages invoices on hold upkeep, billing and payment research, purchase order research, car repair research, and assisting finance with damage costs evaluation.
  • Creates / Maintains cost resolution.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business preferred but not required. 
  • Two (2) years of experience in business support or clerk role preferred. 
  • Attention to detail, solid organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Computer proficiency across systems such as Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Willingness/ ability to learn internal systems and use multiple at once to solve problems.
  • Moderate proficiency in Microsoft suit and oracle products
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
  • Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems.
  • Ability to drive process and organizational change.
  • Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
