Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy classroom environment.
  • Support individual and group activities in a center-based classroom.
  • Help maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to Head Start/Early Head Start and MA Department of Early Education and Care.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Early Education and Care (EEC) Preschool and/or Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required.
  • 6 months to 1 year of teaching experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
