Job Summary

This role requires a licensed Physical Therapist to provide specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment plans for patients. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong relationships with patients, clinical team members, and referral sources.

Requirements
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Current state licensure or pending
