We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our MedAdventures team in an outpatient orthopedic setting. This role involves providing high-quality care to patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries, helping them regain strength, mobility, and overall function through personalized treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic outpatient patients.
  • Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments and interventions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in orthopedic rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in the state
  • Strong background in orthopedic rehabilitation (preferred)
  • Ability to commute to Springboro, OH 45066
