Position Summary

The Table Games Supervisor plays a pivotal role under the guidance of the Director of Table Games and Shift & Pit Managers. This position is essential in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients. The Supervisor is tasked with overseeing a designated area of the gaming pit, ensuring that customer service standards are met while upholding the integrity of the games.

  • Serve as a role model for all staff, representing Hard Rock positively and inspiring others to do the same.
  • Enhance public relations and cultivate an enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons.
  • Resolve customer issues amicably in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
  • Safeguard customer rewards and credit lines.
  • Adhere to all departmental and company policies, including ethical business practices.
  • Comply with all regulatory standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, including trade secrets and customer data.

Qualifications

A minimum of three years of experience in table games is required, with a preference for candidates who have two years in a management capacity or higher. Comprehensive knowledge of all primary casino games and most secondary games is essential.

Work Environment

  • The role requires frequent standing, walking, and the use of hands for communication. The ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds is occasionally necessary. Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • The work environment is representative of a bustling casino, often crowded and noisy, with exposure to factors such as secondhand smoke and high noise levels.
  • Effective communication with guests in English is essential, particularly concerning the duties and responsibilities of the position.
