Crew Training International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Specialist to join our team. As a Training Specialist - FRS Operations, you will be responsible for providing properly trained, qualified, and certified aircrew to augment USMC FRSI's at VMUT-2.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs for Pilot and Sensor Operator Instructor aircrew, ensuring they meet the required standards and certifications.
- Operations Management: Schedule and accomplish formative and summative evaluations of lessons, providing frequent feedback to staff members and leadership regarding advances in instructional design and technology.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze test items and cumulative data for trends, pursuing the use of current technology, teaching tools, and techniques that are compatible with government media systems.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a working knowledge of all applicable regulations, instructions, procedures, Technical Orders, and other publications listed in the contract.
- Courseware Development: Review and/or revise courseware materials on scheduled, out-of-cycle, and as urgent requirements demand as stated in the contract.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience: Prior USMC winged aviator with experience as permanent personnel at a USMC Fleet Replacement Squadron (FRS) or USMC Fleet Replacement Detachment (FRD), with at least 3 years of experience providing core introduction level training and initial basic aircrew qualifications to USMC personnel.
- Skills: Strong technical writing skills, highly developed collaboration, communication, organizational, and facilitation skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly in documents with appropriate organization, structure, and grammar.
- Security Clearance: Current security clearance of 'Secret' or above.
