The Solar Project Site Manager will be responsible for supervising all project staff and construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality assurance, project timelines, and client engagement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining effective communication with clients
  • Assigning tasks to optimize on-site efficiency
  • Managing the schedules of installation teams
  • Creating and overseeing a two-month forward-looking schedule for all installations
  • Ensuring the availability of necessary materials and permits
  • Coordinating the delivery of materials

This position requires direct management of trade partners, suppliers, and vendors, serving as the primary liaison with regulatory inspectors. Additionally, the Site Manager will be responsible for project commissioning, scheduling inspections, and ensuring that all projects align with client expectations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the construction or solar sector
  • A solid understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and project management applications
  • Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and material sourcing
  • Ability to lead and inspire installation teams

Compensation: $100-$110k
