Practical Nursing Professional

We are looking for a dedicated Practical Nursing Professional to work with our team at the Saleeby Center in Hartsville, SC.
About the Position:
- Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, provide nursing care and support services to residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor health conditions, administer medications, and provide treatments as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Participate in staff development and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in nursing or related field.
- 1+ year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in South Carolina.
