Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in achieving this goal by providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with your team to meet sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and ensuring that the sales floor is free of clutter
  • Work collaboratively with your team to meet sales and customer satisfaction targets, including participating in sales promotions and events
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge, including product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or prior retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently around the store
