Job Title: Powertrain Development Engineer

StaffChase is seeking a highly skilled Powertrain Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and calibrating powertrain systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop powertrain systems.
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work with third-party service providers to ensure seamless integration of powertrain systems.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to development teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in powertrain development, with a focus on electrification, drivability, fuel economy, and emissions control/OBD.
  • Proficiency in MATLAB and development tools like INCA and MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
