Key Responsibilities:


• Provide technical leadership to the project team and client stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.


• Develop and maintain a detailed view of the existing architecture and technical roadmap, aligning with business needs and systems architecture.


• Collaborate with Business Process Analysts and Developers to create High-Level Solution Design Documents, defining technical solutions aligned with business problems.


• Ensure adherence to technical governance processes and policies, providing architectural controls to guarantee the correct technical solutions are used to deliver business solutions.


• Develop and maintain a detailed view of integrations across the platform, ensuring seamless communication between systems.


• Create and maintain a Technical Implementation roadmap for future development, resolving technical escalations and responding to defects and performance issues.


• Conduct ServiceNow Health Scans to assess platform performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security, ensuring the platform meets business requirements.


• Review design and code per sprint to ensure quality and alignment with business needs, providing hands-on assistance with detailed design and implementation of selected projects.


• Ensure that designs align with licensed modules, communicating licensing changes to clients when needed, and maintaining expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, products, capabilities, and ecosystem.


• Assist in migrating configuration across different ServiceNow instances, supporting the Center of Excellence (COE) in developing training paths for professional advancement.


• Contribute to the ongoing definition of best development and solution practices, leading training workshops to share experiences and best practices across the team.

Qualifications:

Mandatory


• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) plus one Mainline certification (CSM, MCO, HRSD, ITSM, GRC, etc.).


• Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow projects, excellent communication and client-facing skills, and an IT graduate or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:


• B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / BSc (Computer Science) / B.E.


• In-depth understanding of ServiceNow modules and their integration across business systems, experience working in cross-functional teams with business process analysts and developers.
