Position Overview

The Business Intelligence Manager will play a crucial role in establishing a robust business intelligence framework and infrastructure across various business units.

  • A/B Testing Support: Assist in A/B testing initiatives to uncover opportunities for improving product user experiences.
  • Ad-hoc Analytics Management: Manage and deliver all ad-hoc analytics requests.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing complex data sets and developing analytic and reporting data warehouses. Proven track record in managing analytics and reporting data tables across multiple business units, along with experience in developing dashboards and visualizations using tools like PowerBI or Tableau. Demonstrated experience as a people manager.

Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on using data to identify and resolve issues, manage stakeholder expectations, and create efficient analytic solutions. Capability to define a data infrastructure roadmap and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Other Relevant Skills:
  • Experience in developing data integrations with various data sources and systems.
  • Strong understanding of relational database concepts.
  • Expertise in data analytic methods and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
