  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and service targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to lift 70lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment.
