- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and service targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to lift 70lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment.
