Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled care to clients in their homes
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet client needs
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements:
- Valid Nursing License in the State of Maine
- 2+ years of experience in skilled care preferred
- Recent wound care experience
- Current CPR BLS Certification required
