As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of assigned construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and Coordinate Subcontractors: Manage subcontractor schedules, coordinate vendor deliveries, and conduct regular site inspections to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain Safe Work Sites: Ensure all construction sites are compliant with OSHA guidelines, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and subcontractors.
  • Compliance and Permits: Oversee compliance with the current Florida Building Code, scheduling inspections, and requesting permits as required.
  • Project Status Updates: Update daily project status in our builder software, scheduling and communicating project status as required.

Requirements:

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and operate heavy equipment.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership, time-management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and proficiency in builder software.

Compensation: $22 - $28 hourly
