We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Eagle Rock Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia. As a CNA, you will provide basic nursing assistance and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Respond to nurse call systems to determine resident needs
- Assist with range of motion exercises and movement to/from wheelchair or activity areas
- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates
- Document ADLs, resident personal cares, and device use on flow sheets or task sheets
- Attend interdisciplinary meetings to provide input into resident care plans
- Valid certification as a CNA in the state of employment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Six months experience in a long term-care environment preferred
