ABA Intervention Specialist for Young Children

Position: Behavior Health Technician (BHT-ABA)
Focus: Early Childhood Development
Compensation: Starting Rate $18 - $22 per hour based on Experience and Training
If you are passionate about working with children and eager to expand your knowledge, Swank Early Skills Development is the ideal workplace for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Direct ABA Interventions to clients aged 8 years and younger.
- Provide services in various settings including our center, client homes, preschools, daycares, elementary schools, and community locations.
- Receive ongoing training and supervision from a Behavior Analyst (BA) or Behavior Consultant – ABA (BC-ABA).
Additional Benefits:
- Compensation for travel time and mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate for travel between clients.
- Complimentary ABA Fieldwork Supervision for those pursuing BCBA and/or PA Behavior Specialist Licenses.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of experience working with children, with or without behavioral health diagnoses.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Three positive professional references, including one from a current or former supervisor.
- Clear state-required background checks completed within the last year.
- Recent TB/Mantoux test results.
- Proof of state-required Mandated Reporter training (within the last five years).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of the IBHS required 40 hours of ABA training or certification as a Registered Behavior Technician from the BACB.
- Experience working with children who have behavioral health diagnoses.
- Additional training or experience in implementing ABA principles.
- A strong interest in pursuing a career in early childhood, ABA, education, psychology, or related fields.
