Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair HVAC/R systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and mitigate maintenance risks to prevent system failures.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Complete commissioning checks to verify HVAC unit performance and adjust settings as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to emergency service calls promptly.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and system performance.

Salary: $40-$50 USD per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
