Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Specialist to maintain cleanliness and organization in residential and commercial spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing rooms, hallways, and common areas, as well as changing bed linens and replenishing supplies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and sanitizing of rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a high standard of hygiene.
  • Changing bed linens and replenishing supplies to maintain a comfortable environment.
  • Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures to preserve their appearance.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues to management to prevent equipment failures.
  • Maintaining a pleasant and welcoming environment for guests by ensuring all areas are clean and tidy.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using initiative and problem-solving skills when needed.
  • Good communication skills to effectively report maintenance issues and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, which may require standing, bending, and lifting.
