Job Overview

Wickshire Senior Living Group is seeking a dedicated Custodian and Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This role will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appeal of our community.

Responsibilities

  • Clean apartments and common areas according to schedule or as directed.
  • Perform community laundry (where applicable).
  • Remove and dispose of resident and community trash.
  • Replenish supplies in apartments, workspaces, and common areas as needed.
  • Notify management of any hazardous issues, changes in resident status, or other situations that warrant attention.
  • Complete mandatory compliance, HIPAA, and state and federal regulatory training as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an estimated salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for professional growth, competitive pay, and a supportive work environment.
