Second Shift, Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Overview:
As a Warehouse QC Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our operations, focusing on the coordination, quality checking, and preparation of goods for shipment. Your responsibilities include training new QC packers to ensure they adhere to our high standards of quality and efficiency. Your attention to detail and adherence to QC Management System procedures will be key to maintaining top-notch product quality and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Securely and accurately pack goods for shipment, ensuring protection during transportation.
- Organize and manage inventory to ensure accuracy and enhance operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor new QC packers, ensuring they understand and follow QC Management System procedures and quality standards.
- Rigorously adhere to QC Management System procedures to maintain product quality and safety.
- Handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds, demonstrating physical stamina and endurance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support a safe and efficient working environment.
- Stand for extended periods as required to perform job duties.
- Utilize computers and printers effectively for documentation and record-keeping.
- Support various operational areas as needed to contribute to overall company success.
