K.A. Recruiting is seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team. As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases by performing complex laboratory tests and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently perform specialized laboratory procedures, including blood banking, coagulation, and molecular diagnostics.
- Train and mentor laboratory personnel, contributing to the development of a skilled and knowledgeable team.
- Verify and check documentation of laboratory results, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of laboratory policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory operations.
Requirements:
- ASCP certification (or eligibility/equivalent certification)
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Associate's Degree in Science
- Experience in a clinical laboratory setting is highly preferred
