Job Title: Window Cleaning Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Window Cleaning Technician to join our team at Window Genie. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality of work in our window cleaning, window tinting, and pressure washing services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert service in our three service categories, including window cleaning, window tinting, and pressure washing.
  • Develop new customers by identifying opportunities to sell additional work and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Lead a team of 1 to 3 people on the job site and ensure the efficient use of materials and equipment.
  • Collect payment and/or information necessary for payment from customers for work performed and complete invoices and follow work orders as required.
  • Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.
  • Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions.
Requirements:
  • Previous management or leadership role.
  • Prior experience in any of our three service categories is a plus.
  • Physical ability to lift ladders and work at heights.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
