Job Description

Dynamics ATS Organic is seeking a highly skilled Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Specialist to support Joint Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER) Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) in accomplishing Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations. The successful candidate will conduct research on electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) issues, obtain relevant DOD documents, and analyze options to develop specified documentation to assist with effectively and efficiently carrying out the JCER mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct tactical, operational, and strategic level research concerning the impact of existing and emerging EMSO threats to joint operations;
  • Conduct studies, performing research, reporting, and making recommendations concerning instrumentation and evaluation resources necessary to execute risk reduction and evaluation events ensuring the coordination of communications, logistics, materiel, data collection and personnel training, issue and alternative definitions, and personnel requirements for each designated activity;
  • Work with partnering agencies that share interests in support of data collection, reduction, or JEMSO operations in conjunction with JCER evaluations.
Requirements
  • Preferably expertise specializing in USAF ISR/C2; however, experience with any other service ISR/C2 platform is acceptable;
  • Understanding of current service capabilities to include communication/tactical data links and tactics with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO in order to make recommendations to service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of JCER evaluations;
  • Developing detailed mission analysis and integration of resources to determine capabilities to meet the JCER mission;
  • At least six (6) years of demonstrated relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or higher;
  • United States citizen;
  • TS security clearance with eligibility for SCI, SAP, and SAR accesses. An Interim TS may be acceptable with approval from the JCER Director.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Analyzing threat data and controlling receipt and dissemination of foreign intelligence information;
  • Ability to evaluate emerging EMSO threats in order to present findings, conclusions, and recommendations based on evaluation results;
  • Training and certification as a PMP is highly recommended for individuals lacking desired military leadership experience;
  • At least ten (10) years of demonstrated relevant in combat Air Force.
