**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Export Operations Specialist to join our team at Indotronix Avani Group. As an Export Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for transportation planning and daily export operations for assigned regions. This role will interface with BDX/Bard affiliates, freight forwarders, DCs, plants, resolve discrepancies, and proactively identify improvement opportunities. You will monitor, measure, and report key performance indicators on adherence to regulations and procedures in the conduct of export.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement transportation plans to ensure timely and cost-effective export operations
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve export processes
* Monitor and report key performance indicators to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures
* Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role (export, logistics, transportation, customer service, etc.)
* Prior experience in a related industry (medical device, pharmaceutical, FDA regulated)
* Minimum of 2-3 years' experience with ERP systems (SAP, ECC, GTS, JDE), EDI transactions, transportation/warehouse management systems
* MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
