With over 50 years of experience, ACRC employs approximately 700 individuals across eight offices in a ten-county area.

**Job Summary**

This role supports DDS-conserved clients by performing day-to-day conservatorship duties, including attending Individualized Program Plan meetings and advocating on behalf of clients to secure necessary services and supports.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Meeting with clients during all IPP meetings and other relevant meetings
  • Advocating for clients to secure or fund appropriate services and supports
  • Maximizing client autonomy and supporting decision-making whenever possible
  • Completing DDS monthly reporting to reflect changes impacting client health, safety, or well-being
  • Providing ongoing consultation to clients and their support circles

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, applicants must possess at least a Bachelor's degree and five years of recent experience related to individuals with developmental disabilities, including three years in rights assurance, legal compliance, or a related field. Key skills include:

  • Locus and application of relevant statutes, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Familiarity with statutes and regulations related to developmental disabilities
  • Analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and writing skills
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
